Each shop defines its own rules regarding: • Responsibility for damage • Repair or replacement costs • Insurance or liability coverage (if offered) Sporental does not own the equipment and is not responsible for damage assessments. We recommend carefully reviewing the Rental Shop's terms before completing your booking.
Yes, you can cancel your reservation in accordance with Sporental's cancellation policy: • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pick-up • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in penalty fees Please note that while Sporental manages the booking process, penalties are applied to compensate the Rental Shop for reserved equipment. If you fail to collect the equipment at the agreed pick-up time and the no-show is confirmed by the Rental Shop: • The booking fee is non-refundable • A no-show penalty may be charged, as outlined during checkout These fees compensate the Rental Shop for lost availability and preparation.
Delivery options depend entirely on the Rental Shop. Some shops may offer: • Home or hotel delivery • Pick-up and return services • On-location delivery (e.g. beaches, resorts, events) If delivery is available, it will be clearly shown during the booking process. Sporental does not provide delivery services directly.
Document requirements are set by each Rental Shop. Most shops require: • A valid photo ID • Proof of identity or age • In some cases, a deposit or payment card at pickup You will be informed of any required documents before completing your booking.
No. • You pay a booking fee online to confirm your reservation • The remaining balance is paid directly to the Rental Shop when you collect the equipment This ensures flexibility and transparency for both customers and shops.
No. Sporental acts solely as an intermediary. • Equipment ownership, condition, and maintenance are the responsibility of the Rental Shop • Rental agreements are concluded directly between the customer and the shop Sporental facilitates the booking but is not a party to the rental contract.

Prices displayed on Sporental include the rental price and any optional add-ons selected online. However, additional services or charges requested at the shop (e.g. insurance upgrades, extended rental time) may be billed directly by the Rental Shop.
